Our certified fire investigation team is normally available to respond to your loss 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and due to our central location in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, we can typically have a fire investigator on your fire scene within 24 hours of receiving the assignment. If this is not possible, we will provide an accurate estimate to our clients regarding this important aspect of service.
Once on scene, we will conduct a field investigation focused on determining the fire's origin and
cause, whether from a product or equipment failure, accident, arson, or something else.
